Quality Control

Driven by conviction and determination, Libanconsult AGM management has initiated a Quality process, in order to comply with ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.

Quality must be embodied in Libanconsult AGM, an Engineering Firm made up of Consulting Engineers, and Technical and Administrative Executives, whose objective is to meet customers’ needs and expectations.

To meet the customers’ needs is to show an irreproachable probity, a flawless conscientiousness, along with sound skills and expertise.

To this end, all the employees of Libanconsult AGM, as executive or ordinary staff, must be totally committed to the development of a QMS. First of all, they have to assimilate and implement the QMS. Then, as the work progresses, they have to give relevant opinions befitting the executives of an Engineering firm. Finally, they have to propose continuous improvements, considering that an efficient system cannot be stagnant.

Consequently, Libanconsult AGM management has set itself Quality objectives and is resolute to achieve them with the contribution of all its employees:

  1. To develop a QMS that complies with ISO 9001:2015 and to ensure its continuous improvement.
  2. To identify and meet, on a constant basis, the customer’s needs and expectations.
  3. To increase the number of its customers, thanks to a sound external communication and to references acquired through customers’ satisfaction.
  4. To work relentlessly for the constant improvement of working methods and to strive for an international performance.
  5. To instill a team work spirit in the staff by fostering an outstanding internal communication.
